Does Pro version contain more features than free version?

No. Pro version has the same features as free version. The only difference is that pro version does not contain ads. Thanks for purchasing pro version to support our development!

Do I need to purchase File Manager Pro again for other devices?

File Manager Pro is a standard paid application in Google Play. Purchase record to File Manager Pro is bound to your Google account. That means if you have multiple devices using the same Google account, you just need to donate once and have ad-free versions on all devices.

Donation (Deprecated)

Before version 1.16.4, File Manager was using donation mechanism through "Payment Module" to remove ads. Many users complain that this method is not a standard way and not user friendly, so this mechanism has been deprecated.

In version 1.16.5 and future updates, File Manager released pro version directly in Google Play to take place of the donation mechanism.

Users who has donated using payment module before can still use ad-free version of File Manager, which has exactly the same features as the pro version.

Do I need to donate again for other devices?

Donation record to File Manager is bound to your Google account. That means if you have multiple devices using the same Google account, you just need to donate once and have ad-free versions on other devices.

How to enable ad-free version on other devices or after device reset?

If you have donated using the same Google account before, you can click "Reactivate Application" menu item to enable ad-free version without donate again.

Since File Manager version 1.15.8, the donation record will be automatically synchronized to Google server and restored to your newly installed copies. The new copy will become ad-free just after installation, without reactivation. This feature is available for Android 2.2+ with backup/restore enabled devices(these settings are enabled by default).

Can I enable ad-free version for File Manager HD after donate File Manager?

Please notice that File Manager HD(optimized for tablet only) is a different application which need to donate independently.
